Ritesh is currently working on a FinTech venture (Halfbrick) with Oxford alumni from previous years. The FinTech venture is in the space of pension funds - a data collection utility to create transparency between the asset managers and pension funds. Before Oxford Saïd, Ritesh built an agri-manufacturing company, which recycles scrapped railway tracks into spades, as well as a tech company, which was an advisory platform to connect early stage entrepreneurs with experienced entrepreneurs. Just before coming to Oxford, Ritesh was working on a CleanTech venture - developing the technology to convert pine needles into clean electricity, setting up small scale power plants in Indian Himalayas.
